This policy explains how the Words Grove: Solitaire Android game and this website handle information. The developer contact for Words Grove: Solitaire is rjlabs.developer@gmail.com.
Information we use
On your device
Words Grove: Solitaire stores puzzle boards, progress, achievements, earned coins, reward records, settings and a random Account ID on your device. This ID identifies your game account. Connecting Google links it to that sign-in. It is generated even when you play offline. Android app backup is disabled; uninstalling or clearing storage removes local progress.
Google sign-in and optional cloud saving
You can play without connecting an account. If you connect Google in Settings, Google and Firebase Authentication process your Google account identifier, email address and basic profile information to authenticate your Words Grove: Solitaire account. We show the connected email so you know which account holds your save. We do not receive your Google password. Cloud Firestore stores only your highest campaign level, highest completed stage in each Journey, current daily-streak summary, coin balance, save revision and time, and Account ID mapping. Boards, card arrangements, undo state, completion statistics, word/category data, images and gameplay settings remain on your device. Storage is in the Mumbai region. Connect the same Google account on another device to choose and restore the compact progress record; unfinished deals do not move between devices. Older versions may have an anonymous cloud account; feedback can also create one when you are not connected to Google. When Google is already linked to another game account, earlier anonymous records stay separate. This device retains access so in-app deletion can remove them too; clearing app storage can remove that access.
Usage analytics
Firebase Analytics is enabled while you use the app. It receives gameplay events, levels, game mode, move and hint counts, rule version, remaining moves, booster use, app interactions and SDK-generated app/device information. We do not send your name, email, Account ID or word-card text in gameplay events. Firebase advertising storage, ad personalization and advertising identifiers are disabled in this integration.
Crash and performance diagnostics
Firebase Crashlytics and Firebase Performance Monitoring are enabled to help us find crashes, slow starts and network or screen performance problems. These services can process crash stack traces, app state, device model, operating-system and app versions, timestamps, session identifiers, network timing and related diagnostic information. We do not add your name, email, Account ID or puzzle-card text to these reports.
Advertising
Unity LevelPlay and Unity Ads provide banner ads during puzzles, native ads on the home screen, interstitial ads between puzzles and optional rewarded ads. Their SDKs can process IP address and approximate location inferred from it, device and app information, the Android Advertising ID when available, SDK-generated identifiers, ad interactions and diagnostic or fraud-prevention information to deliver and measure advertising. We pass GDPR consent as false and the sale/sharing opt-out signal as true; automatic ad eligibility does not grant personalized-data consent. Networks handle these signals under their own policies. No ads are requested from the website.
Google Play purchases
Google Play Billing processes coin packs and the No Ads upgrade. Google handles payment details. The app sends the product ID, purchase token and a one-way hash of the Words Grove Account ID to a protected Firebase function. The function asks the Google Play Developer API to confirm the purchase before the item is delivered. Only a one-way purchase-token hash, product, quantity, account hash and verification time are stored in Firebase to prevent duplicate or cross-account grants. Raw payment-card details are never received by Words Grove: Solitaire.
App protection
Firebase App Check uses Google Play Integrity to confirm that protected purchase requests come from the genuine Words Grove: Solitaire Android app. Google processes app and device integrity signals and returns a short-lived attestation token. We use that token only for app security, fraud prevention and purchase protection, not for advertising.
In-app feedback
When you choose to submit feedback, a feature request or an issue report, we store your message, selected type, Account ID, app version and submission time in Firebase. Your signed-in Words Grove: Solitaire account secures your submission, or an anonymous Firebase account is created if needed. We use these reports to improve the game and investigate issues, not for marketing. No contact email is required in the app. Identifiable reports are removed with account deletion, or within 90 days after review through our support process.
Support and deletion requests
If you contact us, we receive your email and the information you choose to provide. The deletion form records your Account ID if known, contact email, message, request time and status. A separate anonymous Firebase user ID secures the request receipt. The form uses browser session storage for that receipt identity. It creates this identity only when you submit a request.
Website operation
Firebase Hosting and Google infrastructure process network information such as IP addresses and operational logs to deliver and secure this site. This website does not load Firebase Analytics or advertising trackers. Do not put sensitive information into the request message.
Why information is used
We use information to operate the game, save optional progress, understand gameplay and app performance, deliver advertising, respond to support, prevent abuse and fulfill deletion requests. We do not sell your contact information or use deletion requests for marketing.
Your choices
Firebase Analytics is part of the app experience and does not have an in-app switch. Cloud saving starts when you connect Google and choose a save, and can be paused in Settings. Pausing cloud saving or disconnecting Google stops future uploads but does not delete an existing cloud save. Local saving continues as you play. You can disable sound, haptics and animation separately. The No Ads upgrade removes banner, native and automatic between-level ads; optional rewarded ads remain available when you choose a reward.
Account deletion and retention
Request account & data deletion
In the app, Settings → Delete account and data removes this installation’s boards, coins, achievements, preferences, compact cloud progress, feedback reports, account-ID mapping and Words Grove: Solitaire cloud account. Your Google account itself is not deleted. Google may require you to reconnect before confirming deletion. Remote deletion needs an internet connection; a failed attempt can be retried. A fresh offline ID is created if you continue using the game after deletion.
On the web, submit your Account ID and contact email. Requests are reviewed to verify ownership before any deletion. Our target is to complete verified requests within 30 days. The ID alone is not treated as authorization to delete an account. If you no longer have the ID, explain what happened; we may be unable to identify anonymous cloud data without it.
- Local game data remains until you delete it, clear storage or uninstall.
- Cloud progress and account mappings remain until deletion is requested or performed. Local daily boards are limited by the app’s 90-day cleanup window and are never uploaded.
- Support correspondence and resolved deletion-request records are retained for up to 90 days after resolution, then removed through our support review process, except where a specific legal obligation requires longer retention.
- Previously collected, aggregated or de-identified analytics may not be attributable to an Account ID. Provider-held advertising and operational records follow provider policies and applicable retention obligations; use the provider privacy controls below for additional requests.
Deleting cloud data from the website cannot clear storage on a device we cannot access. Delete in the app or clear its Android storage to remove local copies. Uninstalling alone does not delete existing cloud records.
Service providers and security
We use Google Firebase for hosting, Google and anonymous authentication, analytics, crash diagnostics, performance monitoring, cloud saving, App Check and deletion requests; Google Play for purchases and app integrity; and Unity for advertising. Data may be processed outside your country. HTTPS protects data in transit, and access controls limit private game and request records. No service can guarantee absolute security.
Children
Words Grove: Solitaire is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and remove identifiable records.
Your rights and policy changes
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict use of personal information. Contact us at rjlabs.developer@gmail.com. We may request proportionate information to verify ownership. Updates will appear here with a revised effective date.
