Request removal of your Words Grove: Solitaire cloud account and its game data. You don’t need to install the app to use this page.
Open Settings → Delete account and data for direct deletion. For a web request, copy your Account ID from Settings → Your account.
Submit a deletion request
We’ll verify ownership using the information you provide before removing data. Your email is used only to handle this request. Our target is 30 days after verification.
What will be deleted?
Your Words Grove: Solitaire cloud account, compact cloud progress and coin balance, feedback reports and account-ID mapping. In-app deletion also removes local boards, coins, settings and progress. A web request cannot remotely erase app storage on your device.
What may remain?
Resolved request records and support correspondence are retained for up to 90 days after resolution, unless a specific legal obligation requires longer. Provider-held ad records and aggregated analytics follow their privacy policies; they may not be identifiable by Account ID. See our deletion and retention policy.

Email rjlabs.developer@gmail.com with the subject “Words Grove: Solitaire account deletion” and your Account ID if known. Never send passwords or payment details. Submitting this form records a request; it does not instantly delete data.
